The album features an edgy juxtaposition of melancholy melodic progressions and free spirited arrangements, weaving an unusual combination of approaches into a powerful mixture of atmospheres.

Best known as a visual and conceptual artist, Tellervo Kalleinen has taken the leap and released songs she has composed over the past 22 years. The idea for the album was born when she met Nicolas Petitdan - a bass and guitar player from the experimental music scene of Berlin. They invited gorgeous Mia Erlin from Helsinki to sing the songs with Kalleinen. Playing folk harp on nearly all tracks is Salla Hakkola, who is known for her virtuosity and innovative playing. The album’s improvisational sections are led by the legendary Jone Takamäki. He plays several types of saxophone and Japanese shakuhachi flute on the record. Guiding the rhythm is young Finnish drum virtuoso Ilmari Heikinheimo.
